What is the structure of coaching?

Coaching sessions are conducted in-person or over the telephone. You make one to four coaching sessions per month, depending on your needs.

How is coaching different from therapy or consulting?

Therapy works with deep seated issues that are a result of a person's past. Consulting generally consists of giving the client answers. Coaching is more action-oriented and works on the present and moving forward with your life. Coaching empowers the client to develop solutions that are specific to their personal goals.

Why does coaching work?

  • The client and coach become a team, focusing on the client's goals and needs. As we partner together to focus on your life, the synergy created between us enables you to accomplish more than you might otherwise do on your own.
  • Coaches are specifically trained to help you address the various areas of your life.
  • Coaches provide on-going follow-up and support.

What is the main focus with the average client?

We focus where you need us most. We work together to achieve the goals that are most important to you.

Who works with a coach?

Coaching clients all have one thing in common: they want to get even more out of their lives and are willing to work hard to accomplish it.

What professional athlete hasn't used a coach
to win?

Tiger Woods is already one of the best, and yet he understands the value that comes from having someone work directly with him, someone to point out things he can't see, someone to keep encouraging and challenging him to achieve his greatest potential. That's who a life coach is for you. Coaching is like having a personal trainer for your life!
